Workspace One / System Administrator

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Workspace ONE Consultant to manage and maintain our Workspace ONE environment. The ideal candidate will provide guidance on best practices and help optimize our mobile device management processes. If you have experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and/or MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit), we encourage you to apply, even if you lack direct Workspace ONE experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Workspace ONE Management: Administer and maintain the Workspace ONE environment, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Best Practices: Develop, document, and communicate best practices for Workspace ONE deployment and management to stakeholders.
User Support: Provide training and support to end-users and IT teams on Workspace ONE functionalities and features.
Configuration and Deployment: Assist in the configuration and deployment of devices within the Workspace ONE platform.
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the Workspace ONE environment for issues, generating regular reports on performance and compliance.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to integrate Workspace ONE with existing systems and workflows.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Workspace ONE, leveraging your expertise in related technologies like SCCM and MDT when necessary.
Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of the Workspace ONE environment, configurations, and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Experience managing mobile device management solutions, preferably with Workspace ONE.
  • Knowledge of SCCM and/or MDT as a strong alternative to direct Workspace ONE experience.
  • Familiarity with enterprise mobility management (EMM) concepts and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Workspace ONE, SCCM) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools.
  • Knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows).
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements for mobile device management.
